John 17:17, "Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. "
INTRODUCTION
If you could receive "ONE" gift, would it be something precious you wanted, thought you needed, or had longed for from this in this world? Could it possibly be something you could only receive from our father Jehovah.
2. There are many things you might categorize and precious to have and receive in the world, but the
most precious thing one can receive from God is "Salvation.” That’s why inheriting salvation is the
best decision one can ever make. And guess what? It’s free! It does not cost you a thing because
someone else (Jesus) has already paid the cost for it. And He paid it in full!
3. Salvation

3. According to the Bible Salvation is also called “Deliverance and Redemption.” It is the “ACT” of saving human beings from sin and its consequences, such as “Death and Separation” from God.
4. According to the New Testament, “Salvation” has two main components:
a. “Deliverance” from sin: Salvation frees people from the penalty of sin, which is eternal death.
b. Deliverance” from mortality: Salvation gives humans eternal life.
5. In those who “Believe” in Christ Jesus, “Salvation” is made possible through the “Death” and
“Resurrection” of the Christ. To be saved, Christian (Believers) are to:
a. Ask forgiveness for their sins.
b. Be willing to turn away from their sins.
c. Believe that Jesus Christ died for their sins and rose again.
6. There are some who say the “Plan of Salvation includes:
a. Hearing the Gospel.
b. Believing in the Gospel
c. Repenting of past sins.
d. Confessing faith in Jesus Christ
e. Being baptized
f. Being faithful to death.
7. What do you say about your potential gift of “Salvation? Is it more precious to you than anything
you can desire from the world?

8. Ephesians 2:8-9 says, “For by “Grace: you have been “Saved” through faith. And this is not your own
doing; it is the “Gift of God,” not a result of works, so that no one may boast.”
9. Hebrews 10:14-16 says, “For by one offering he hath perfected forever them that are sanctified.
Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before, This is the
covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts,

ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.”
12. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says,“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are
passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
13. 1Thess. 5:23 says,23 “And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly, and I pray God your whole
14. Phil 1:6 says, “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will
perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: “
15. John 15:1-5 says, “I am the true vine, and my father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that
beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring
forth more fruit. 3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me,
and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye,
except ye abide in me. I am the vine; ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the
same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.”
