"Are You Walking Free?"

Galatians 3:1-3 (NLT), “Oh, foolish Galatians! Who has cast an evil spell on you? For the meaning of Jesus Christ’s death was made as clear to you as if you had seen a picture of his death on the cross. 2 Let me ask you this one question: Did you receive the Holy Spirit by obeying the law of Moses? Of course not! Introduction

“Freedom” in America has been a rare commodity in America. I believe all of “Humanity” were born to “WaIk Free” and become “Kingdom Citizens” in the “Community of God!” I titled this message, “Are You Walking Free?” Depending on your circumstances or the situation you find yourself, you might answer yes, or you might answer no! But make NO mistake about it, just because you are walking does “NOT” make you free! Just because you are walking without any limitations or restrictions on your destination does “NOT” make you free! Allow me to expand your “Mental Horizon” this morning (this evening).

From the time our first twenty “Ancestors” (from Angola) arrived at Point Comfort, Virgina (Now Fort Monroe National Monument) on the warship “White Lion,” I am quite sure escape, and returning to freedom has been on their mind since they had been captured. Furthermore, I am of the opinion that we have “NOT” been “Walking Free” since that time. Let me see if I can prove it to you:

a.    Our people endured 246 years of slavery (1619-1864)

b.    Our people endured 99 years of Jim Crow (1865-1964).

b.     If you were born before 1965, you lived in the people of Jim Crowe. You had to use facilities labeled (“For Colored”) only! We had to get our food at the “BACK” of the restaurant! We could “NOT” lodge in the so-called “White” hotels and motels.

c.  Our people endured 86 years of lynching (1882-1986). Unequal justice and equal protection under the law was “NOT” meant for us!

d. Our people sought to “Walk Free” under “Civil Disobedience” with the “Initiation and Implementation” of the Civil Right Movement (1954-1968), under the leadership of the Rev (Dr.) Martin Luther King Jr. He was the “One” with so many others of all races, ethnicities, and nationalities that Jehovah ordained to tell the “American Pharaohs” to let God’s people go!

e. Our people continue to endure Police Brutality, Hatred, Racism, Bigotry, Discrimination, Social, Civil, Human, and Economic Rights violations to the forms of 1. James Crowism, 2. “Take America Back Again”, 3. Christian Nationalistic Movement, and now 4. Project 2025.

f. You might be “Physically Free,” Economically Free,” and maybe think that you are “Spiritually free!” But I want to tell you this morning (evening) that you are “ONLY” one episode, circumstance, or situation from having all your “Presumed Freedoms” from crumbling down in America. We are “NOT” fully “Invested” in acquiring our “Freedom” to “Walk Free” in America because our priority to “Walk Free to Freedom” are out of order!

g.  If we are born in America, we have a right to U.S. Citizenship, which Project 1025 wants to take away from you! And keep other from coming her to gain citizenship in the “Land of Opportunity!”

h.  I tell this morning (evening) that your priorities are “OUT” of order because the first priority should be “ACCESSING” your “Kingdom Citizenship” first! See, you probably are “NOT” aware that if you are a child of Child, you have “Kingdom Citizenship!” Can I get a witness? Somebody? And with “Kingdom Citizenship” comes Spiritual Freedom, Physical Freedom, Emotional Freedom, Psychological Freedom, Socioeconomic Freedom, and the Social Freedoms (Civil, Human, and Social Rights) as Children of God. We “Receive” our “Kingdom Citizen” by “Receiving” the Holy Spirit! So, Paul is asking us this morning (tonight), “Did you receive the Holy Spirit by obeying the law of Moses? Of course not! You received the Spirit because you believed the message you heard about Christ.” 3 So, Father sent me to tell you that, “If you believe the message that you heard about Christ, you have been ‘granted “Kingdom Citizenship,” and You Are Walking free.

                                                            II. How Can You Walk Free Today?

1.   Closing: I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to just be “Free” in America! I want to experience everywhere I go! But it starts at home. In my home, my neighborhood, city, town, and state. But I have a different perspective in being “Free!” See, I have to be “Free” in God before I can “Walk Free” in this world. Can I get a witness? Somebody! This world belongs to Satan, and I am a visitor here! For me to operate “Free” on and in Mother Earth, I require “dual” Citizenship! First, a Kingdom citizenship in the “Community of God,” and second, a United States citizenship requires a “passport” and renewal every five years.

2. However, the Kingdom citizenship has “NO” expiration date! But the Apostle Paul tells us in his Letter to the “Churches of Galatia,” we are “NOT” going back! We are “Justified by Grace,” through “Faith,” which means we have “Spiritual Freedom!” Spiritual Freedom! No more Bondage!

We find "Freedom" in Jesus! We find "Freedom" in Jesus! We find "Freedom" in Jesus!
